Israeli security guards drove off pirates in a speedboat this weekend. The pirates sprayed the bridge of an Italian cruise liner - who takes cruises off the Somali coast these days, anyway? - but Israeli security guards shot back.
According to the Guardian, this is the first exchange of gunfire between pirates and a passenger vessel.
