U.S. gearing up to go after pirates

The U.S. is looking at the successful rescue of Capt. Phillips as a template for how to deal with Somali pirates - commando raids to save hijacked ships and punitive expeditions.

Europe's response: no, thanks. "We don't want bloodbaths."

U.S. is more likely to get a friendlier response from France and India. They both attack the pirates. In India's case, they blew up the boat with both the pirates and the hostages.
