Pirates receive $1.8m ransom - nice work if you can get it

The German-owned MV Victoria, an Antigua and Barbuda-flagged cargo vessel, was released after pirates got $1.8m. Nice haul for the pirates.

Reuters has a list of ships still held. Irony award goes to the pirate capture of the ship called "Buccaneer" on April 11.
